I’m a fun-loving, reliable professional looking to fill a room in my two bedroom apartment. In addition to myself, I have a sweet, lovable cat named Julio who lives in the apartment. I have a pretty active social life and typically spend my weekends out with friends, bopping around to various restaurants & bars in the Williamsburg/Bushwick area. While I like to go out, I don’t often have people over to the apt but have no issue with entertaining every now and then. I can also indulge in a lazy Sunday Netflix binge from time to time. During the week, I work at a PR agency in Manhattan and get home around 7:30-8pm most nights. My current roommate is leaving NYC, and I’m looking for someone to fill one room in a spacious two bedroom. The room currently has a full bed, book stand, large desk, and nightstand that all fit comfortably. It has closet space and two windows for natural light. The living room and kitchen space give the apartment a very open feel and the shower has great water pressure. It’s located near the Montrose L stop and the Lorimer JMZ stop, so access to Manhattan is super easy. Room will be available March 1.
