Looking for a room. I’m easy to get along with, keep up with my part of the cleaning. I have great rental history and always pay my bills on time. I’m looking for a place for myself and my 11” tortoise, Turbo, I’ll need a place that doesn’t mind me having a tortoise table inside or an outdoor enclosure that’s basically a raised garden bed with plants. I’m looking for a roommate who is also easy to get along with, is chill, keeps up with their fair share of cleaning and pays rent and utilities on time. I’ve worked in the La Jolla area for 15 years and have been at the same place of full-time employment for the last 8 years. I also dog walk/dogsit, as a side hustle, at other people’s houses, primarily also in La Jolla. My current landlord lives on the premises, can give me a great reference, as can any of my previous landlords or rental offices.
