Queens' Castle Seeks Female Roomie!

Hi!
I have a mid size room available in a 2 story house, with your own refrigerator in your room, plus base cabinets, a private closet, and a shared restroom. It's available for rent in Greater East End Houston, 15 min from downtown attractions. $600.00/mo, including wifi- water-electricity. First and last months rent, plus equal security to move in = 1,695.00. Availible today. I live onsite with 3 kids ages 14, 11,10 that don't even get home until 6:30pm after leaving by 7:00am every weekday.. and we all go to bed about 9:00pm. I have one other female roomate, that is also rarely ever home and keeps to herself. The kids and I are very mindful of being considerate, don't scream across the house, and shut off any tv noise weekdays by 9:00pm too, so no need to worry about tv or music noise bothering you late at night.
