Hi I’m at San Diego native in my early 30s my name is Jessica I have a four-year-old son that I have visits withAnd in the future he may be staying the night every other weekend but as of right now no overnights. I work a 9-to-5 and I study a lot. I’m not a huge partier I prefer that you don’t bring the party home but I really don’t care what you do otherwise. I don’t have a car so the parking spot or whatever is all yours. I take public transportation so somewhere near the bus stop would be prime. I’m cleaning quiet day to myself pretty much but also can be outgoing and fun. I don’t have any pets but I love animals. I am super pro-choice and liberal so whoever you decide to love or whatever color you are is cool with me. I am in a little bit of a pickle Right now and unfortunately it was only given 10 days to leave where I am now staying so I might need a little bit of good faith when it comes to a deposit although if we sat down and talked about things first I could show you that I have steady income and kind of just looking for someone to help me out and I’m really scared of being homeless. I probably could have around five to $600 upon move-in I know it’s not much but I definitely will hav right now and unfortunately it was only given 10 days to leave where I am now staying so I might need a little bit of good faith when it comes to a deposit although if we sat down and talked about things first I could show you that I have steady income and kind of just looking for someone to help me out and I’m really scared of being homeless. I and by help me out I just mean let me pay you the deposit in installments or something like that we can discuss the details Further of course when/if that time comes. I also don’t have a lot of furniture or any at all so I won’t be an inconvenience upon move-in… For fun I like to paint draw listen to music and hang out with my son. I’m just looking for a room that’s it. I’m hoping that someone will find it in their heart to work with me a little bit so that I can stay off the streets and keep my job. Thank you
