I am the home owner and I'll be there on some weekends to work on small home projects. I feel safer with females in the home. I don't have children but I do have horses and I love animals so anyone that really cares for animals is a bonus. The living space is easily configurable whether you want your own space or you like to share. I'm not quite ready to do a full lease yet since there are some things I'd like to work on to prevent larger maintenance. I'm pretty easy going, active, and love the outdoors (hiking, biking, riding). It would be a good set up for someone that wants to live in a house instead of an apartment (you would have access to the attached garage which is very convenient).

Union Blvd, close to UCCS (1 mile), Austin Bluffs open space, Palmer Park, medical facilities, and University Village Colorado shopping center. Home built in 1982. Attached 2-car garage, deck, views. 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Main level kitchen, living room and half bathroom; bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. Views of Pikes Peak and Palmer Park bluffs. Private, large lot on partial cul-de-sac, no outlet street. I am frequently out of town. The house is close to great amenities including outdoor activities.
