I'm a young professional who spends most of my time working. I'm easy going but focused on pursuing my career and hanging with friends. I work in marketing so I am often at work late but enjoy cooking and having a glass of wine. My home is well kept and housekeeping is included in our rent. While I have friends over occasionally, I am respectful of quiet times and personal space and would hope that my roommate would be of a like-mind. I don't host any wild parties or have large groups over. If I do have a group of guests, I would provide notice to my roommate. I'd enjoy a roommate who is self-sufficient, respectful, but easy-going as we would be sharing the common space.
