This is a true 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Astoria. The bedroom is large and can fit as big as a king-sized bed inside and still have room for a dresser and even a desk. there is a double closet with overhead space for storage, and the room has many outlets. The room will not be furnished as pictured but the current tenant may be willing to sell some of their furniture. The rest of the apartment will be furnished as pictured. The room gets a lot of direct natural sunlight.

The apartment is large and has a separate kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a stove and oven as well as a mini-convention/toaster oven. there is a full-sized fridge. there is a full-sized bathroom with tub. The apartment is on the second floor of a five-floor building. All the neighbors are quiet and polite. the place is a 7 min walk to the N/W line and a 10 min walk from the R/M line.

I currently occupy the second bedroom which is smaller, but I am open to offering that room for a lower price if you are interested.
