Hey Yall! Creative 36 yr old Gay he/him looking for a new place to call home. I am a libra, so I get along with most people, and as long as you are clean, communicative, and respectful, we should get along pretty well :) Would love to live with someone that wants to be friends but not necessary as I am a pretty independent person and spend most of my time in my room. I love the opera/theater, and am a total film/music nerd so always down to make dinner and watch a movie. I currently WFH but if this is an issue I am fine working a few days a week out of the house (which i do often times anyways) or finding a work space if the rent isn't too high. I currently don't do drugs or drink but do not mind being around others who do. Love to go out but would prefer that we don't bring the party home unless its close mutual friend's and we talk about it! I am very flexible so as long as we communicate everything should be A-ok :)
