Hello! My name is Linda Sharp! I am 25 years old and I have one child, a baby pug! Yes, a fur baby! I am in search for a cool, laid back, DRAMA FREE roommate! I work a lot so I need someone that I can rely on as far as roommates responsibilities go. I work with kindergarten and I also do doordash on the side, so I am busy lady that wants a roommate that is independent, has a full time job, and has mutual respect for me! This apartment is a no smoking, no alcohol environment. I do not mind if you have guest over but no overnighters unless we communicate on that. I do have family that come over but only on the weekends! There needs to be an open line of communication since we will live together. We do not have to be best friends but we do have to rely on each other as roommates. The apartment is called Winderferne Point Apartments. The first month is free !!! The lease does end on October 30th, 2021. From July 1st- October 30th is the lease length. My roommate left as minute so that explains the lease length. We can talk about extending it when the time comes! I also do not mind dogs but only small breeds and they have to get along with my pug. Like I stated, I will be gone majority of the day.
