I am looking for someone to sublet my room in a 2bd/2bt apartment.

My roommate is a super laid back 28 year old female. She loves to go hiking, camping, snowboarding- pretty much anything outdoorsy! She has a cat that she keeps in her room and a trained mini Australian Shepard. I am taking most of my furniture with me so it would be awesome if you had furniture :) if not, we can figure it out!

Rent is $915 but we also pay for community trash, electricity, water, so it fluctuates from $925-$975. The most I have ever paid was $980 once.

Parking is included in this. It is a covered spot that is $75/month so if you don't need a parking spot then deduct $75 from the above price :)

More than happy to give you a tour of the property! We are right by the Santa Fe Art District so I HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of the neighborhood. IE: First Friday Art Walks, events at Pepsi Center, you are walking distance to EVERYTHING!

I do love this location and the apartment.
