Two Rooms Available in Beautiful Spacious Apartment

Hello everyone! I have two rooms available in a beautiful spacious 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Woodside, on the first floor so minimal stairs! The smaller room is available for immediate move-in and the larger room is available to December 1st move-in.

My current room is a large room available for $925. The room itself is very large, with a large built-in closet with storage space above the closet and high ceilings (I have a desk and full size bed with enough space to lay out my yoga mat-I will be leaving the bed here). The room also faces a backyard (although this backyard is not accessible), and really good sunlight especially in the morning (so if you are a morning person this is the perfect room to wake up to with the sun).

The second room is a standard size for NYC, rent is $825 a month. Has a built-in closet so plenty of storage space. Previous person was able to fit a bed, desk, bike, and bookcase inside with no problem. Comes unfurnished

It’s an amazing place with two great roommates currently. They are all chill, clean, fun. Angela is queer, a beautiful singer and proud cat mom, and Paul is a dancer. The management/super are quite attentive. Everyone has been mindful of the on-going pandemic and have been on top of cleaning/disinfecting. If it wasn't for the fact that I am looking to move closer to work, I would definitely stay.

The apartment is very spacious with a large living room and kitchen. Near R/M/7/LIRR Trains. LGBTQIA+ and 420 friendly. Deposit of 1 months rent and first months required. Utilities are on average $40 - $60 a month per person.

This is a great place for people who are low-key and don’t bring the party home. Open to additional pets and couples are okay (only if both rooms are taken up).
