I’m a mostly retired firefighter paramedic. I still work part time for NASCAR as a firefighter. Many many years in the medical field in quality assurance and regulatory compliance. I am drug-free, smoke-free, Vape free and expect the same. Due to the current state of the economy I am looking for someone to move into my one bedroom apartment. You are welcome to have the bedroom and full access to the kitchen. Once my lease is up in May, I am hoping to find someone to share a larger apartment or a house in northern Phoenix or North Scottsdale. It is just me in the apartment, I have no children or pets. And due to lease restrictions I am unable to accept children or pets. Nice gated apartments, beautiful resort, style pool, and low crime in a prime Avondale location.

I only have a one bedroom one bath apartment, but you may have the bedroom and full access to the kitchen, of course. I usually sleep on the sofa anyway. There is a resort style, pool and barbecue area right behind the apartment, workout room, walking distance to restaurants and theaters. Low crime. my lease is up in May and I am looking for someone until that time and then possibly longer if we get a new apartment.
