Move-in beginning of June!!
Hi everyone! Me and a friend of mine are looking for another female roommate or two to live with us in Mott Haven in the Bronx! We are about to sign a lease on a condo (3br, 1.5 bath, 2 floors + unfinished basement, private entry to unit) near the mott haven library and a police station, and rent would be $800-1070 per person depending on if we find one or two more roommates. option to have your own room, or share- the rooms are so HUGE! amazing natural light all throughout, nonfunctioning (but cute) fireplaces in 4 rooms, a big open kitchen/ dining that's very supportive of hosting, and it has a beautiful backyard! Minimal pictures to try to respect the privacy of the current tenants, but if you're interested, I could pm you more!
