My roommate Emily, and I are looking for a third person to move into our 3 bed, 1 bath apartment in the South End on August 1, 2024.
Emily is 25 and works for a non-profit consulting firm, and I am 26 and work for a trust bank. We have been living in together, in Boston, for about three years. She is from Houston and is both a UT alumn and football fan. I moved around a lot as a kid, but spent most of my childhood in St. Louis. When we are not working, we love to go out with our friends, go to the beach, travel, take fitness classes, cook/bake, explore the city, read, and binge TV.
We like to keep our apartment clean, and switch off common area cleaning responsibilities. We love having friends over, going out on weekends, and being couch potatoes. Generally, we are pretty relaxed about having people over and include each other when we do.

Large Bedroom in South End 3 Bedroom
My roommate, Emily, and I are looking for someone to move into the largest bedroom in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment when our other roommate moves out at the end of July. The room will be available on August 1st. It is a huge space with a spacious closet, tons of natural light, and an individual thermostat. The apartment has one bathroom, central air, a gas stove, and a dishwasher. There are app-operated laundry machines across the hall from our unit, elevators, and nightly security guards. Our landlord also offers parking for an additional fee per month depending on availability. The apartment is in the South End, which in our opinion is the best neighborhood in the city, and is under a 10-minute walk to both the Red and Orange lines, and about a 17-minute walk to the Green line. We are a block away from Whole Foods, Tatte, Sweet Green, and CVS. We are also a super close walk to all of the amazing South End restaurants and boutiques. Both the 90 and the 93 on ramps are a few minutes from our building.
We are looking to live with a 23-30 year old female who is either in grad school or working full time.
Wifi and electric are not included in rent, and we each pay a third of the costs.
