The apartment is extremely spacious, with lots of closet and storage space. Shared living room, kitchen, dining area and balcony. Kitchen has a dishwasher! Lots of natural light, with large windows. Apartment is furnished, however you'll need to furnish the private bed room/bathroom. The apartment is located on the 16th floor of an elevator building with a doorman. Laundry in the basement, with trash and recycling area on each floor. There is a gym in the basement of the building, along with shared community spaces for use/rent. Large outdoor lawn between the apartment complex's three buildings. Apartment and building are pet friendly (please note there is a $100 monthly building fee for pets)!
