David B - $1,100/month

I'm a Hispanic straight college student who wants to be out on his own again. I work at a bar in DTLA and will be attending college at LACC and hopefully transferring to Cal State LA in a year or so. I am clean and do keep to myself most of the time but I do converse sometimes. I think the most important thing to me in a home is the internet since I do try to stream video games on Twitch and I would gladly pay for my own share of data used. I might bring friends over but it probably won't happen often and if I do I'll ask before hand. My go to place to live is silver lake because it's close to my parents place.
Overall my personality is pretty chill/ laid back, I'm open minded, never judge anybody, and I am a nurturing/ caring person. I'm usually really quiet except when playing games but I'm not shouting or anything like that.
Most of the things I cook are just meat and rice so sorry if you are vegan and I would like to pool groceries if that's alright. I mostly take the bus/Lyft everywhere so if there's a parking spot then you can take it.
