My roommate just got married so I’m looking to fill a vacancy here in North Hollywood. This apartment has a dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge included. The laundry is on site right next to the garage, which has tandem parking (a pain, but manageable).
I’m looking for a roommate who likes to keep things clean and organized. I’m not looking to host parties, but I like having a friend over every once in a while. I tend to play instruments a lot, and it can be loud, but I don’t play late at night or early in the morning.
