Available - 1 Bedroom in Condo for Medium-Long Term at College and Bay

2 Bed, 2 Bath, shared kitchen and living space. I’m ideally looking for another quiet, introverted person like myself, would be happy to meet/talk with anyone to see if we’ll get along.

Move in - April 1st, or as soon after as possible.

Price: $1600/Month

Included: All utilities and internet included, the room is unfurnished, but has a double bed included in it. The building has a gym, pool and entertainment room.

Total rent for entire unit: $3200 per month

Location: 750 Bay street, right by Bay and College, right by college and queen’s Park Subway stations

Rental Terms: Off-lease roommate. Rent paid to Coulter Baker. There will be a written roommate agreement.
Relationship to Unit: I’m the Current tenant

Rent Control: Rent increases capped at provincial guideline (Unit lived in before Nov 15, 2018).

Required Documents: Proof of income, Credit check, Landlord references, Tenant Insurance, Past rental history, Last month’s rent deposit.
Other Notes: Unit is a 3 minute walk from college and queen’s park stations, and is within walking distance of UofT, TMU and George Brown. All utilities and internet are included. The room also has a Twin bed included in it, and its own private balcony and individual bathroom. The building has a Gym, Pool, Rec Room, and is Rent Controlled. I have a small Pomeranian, but he’s very quiet and adores every person he’s ever met and generally keeps to himself unless you ask him to play, and has his own space in the living room.
