2 private rooms + private bathroom in house in a quiet subdivision near the Swift Cantrell Park. Easy access to I-75 and Cobb Parkway.
Current residents include a couple (myself and my partner), a guy friend of ours, and a cat. We're all adult professionals and would like to find the same for a roommate but would also consider a student. We occasionally have a friend or two over, but we don't have parties.
The two rooms are a package deal. One room could be used as a bedroom and other as living room/office/den.
No couples, kids, or pets. We have one friendly cat already living here.
