I am looking for a roommate to share an apartment with. The place has an ocean view with easy street parking, in-unit washer and dryer, large living room, full kitchen, hardwood floors, 5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to Golden Gate Bridge and Clement Street, and free shuttle downtown (takes about 40 minutes). I also have a plot in the community garden if you like to garden:).

The apartment is furnished, but the room is not. The room is 112ftsq with a closet and window. The price for the room is $1,500/month plus utilities (about $150/person, but fluctuates).

About me:
- in my early 30's
- working at an engineering firm within the city
- laid back, easy-going, respectable, clean, and friendly.
Outside of work I backpack, hike, garden, and cook. I keep a clean house and am respectful of noise and common areas.

I am looking for someone responsible (pays rent on time), clean, friendly, and doesn't create unnecessary drama. You must also be able to meet Presidio lease requirements. No pets or couples please.
