1 BR apartment I just started renting for $1400/month I no longer need due to a job offer out of state. Haven’t stayed more than a week so it’s as clean as it was new. Willing to put $100/month towards your rent if you move in by the end of April!
Located a short walk from the main strip of Birkdale.
Friendly neighbors, trash pickup, and cable/internet included in rent through spectrum.
