2 Rooms Available in a TRUE 3 Bedroom- $1300 each in Gramercy

Looking to fill 2 bedrooms in a TRUE 3 bed, 1 bath apartment in Gramercy! Preferably female professionals in their mid/late 20’s or early 30’s. Our lease is up for renewal on 10/1, but my roommates would be willing to be out earlier (this would to sign for a one-year lease). Both my roommates are moving out due to COVID, but I love this neighborhood and apartment and don’t want to lose it! Trying to fill ASAP!

About the Apartment:

The apartment is a one floor walkup in a secured building, along a tree lined street. It has a full bath and kitchen, and a very spacious living room for New York! The super lives in the building and is very responsive to any needs that we may have. This apartment is a hidden gem in a typically very expensive neighborhood (the building is rent stabilized!).

Available Rooms:

Both rooms have a closest! Rent is $1,300 for each room, with a small application fee.

Room #1 has a full size bed and end table/small shelf (my roommate may be willing to sell her bed and bed frame, if you want to buy it!).

Room #2 has a full size bed, side table, wardrobe, and small dresser. My current roommate is willing to sell her bed, bed frame, and wardrobe!

About the Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in the heart of Gramercy, only about 2 blocks from Gramercy Park. It is super safe and quiet (there is a school directly across the street), but we are also just steps from all the action with some great bars and restaurants right down the street. It’s also a very quick walk to the East river, Union Square, East Village, Chelsea, and LES!

There are 2 Trader Joe’s and a Whole Foods within walking distance and several laundry mats less than 2 blocks away. There’s a Starbucks, other coffee shops, convenient stores, pharmacy etc. all right at the end of the street. Also, a quick walk to the TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Bed Bath & Beyond in Chelsea.

Walking distance to Union Square (4,5,6, L, Q,R,N,W trains), NoMad/Flatiron (4, 6, Q,R,N,W), and just a couple blocks to the L on 1st Ave.

I am 28 and work in Advertising Sales in Midtown. I love working out, good coffee, watching sports, and being social, but don’t like to bring the party home with me. I’m always down for a good happy hour or brunch, but also good with a wine night while binging on Netflix or Bravo. I like to keep the apartment clean, but not a neat freak. I would love roommates who are laid back and that I can be friends with, but we can also do our own thing!
