Large master bedroom with en suite bathroom for rent near SDSU.

The bedroom available is a large, airy master with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has dual vanities, shower/tub combo and a great skylight. Bedroom features 2 large windows for plenty of natural light, and a ceiling fan which offers a great breeze/circulation. Bedroom is very large, large enough to be shared with another roommate if you like. There are 2 large walk-in closets. There is a single parking spot available as well.

We are located off El Cajon, just under 2 miles from SDSU. The area has amazing walkability, so no car, no problem. Vons, Trader Joes, and plenty of eateries are all a quick walk away. The condo is approximately 1775 sqft located on the top floor of a small, well manicured condo complex with a pool. The complex is very secure with gated entry and call box. Our unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (myself and another roommate share the second bath). You will have full access to a large, open kitchen with dishwasher, as well as the in unit washer/dryer.

Security deposit and rent are $1300. Please be prepared for a credit check, and cosigner if necessary. Utilities are not included in the rent, but run about $80-90 p/person for electric and internet. Please also note that there is a strict no pets policy for the unit.

You will be sharing the unit with myself and another male roommate, both in our mid-late 20’s. We are both quiet, considerate, clean and friendly folks.
