I just graduated from Columbia in NYC and am moving to LA to work as an engineer at Boeing Space (9-6 in person workday). I’ve lived with a few sets of roommates during college, including both men and women. I’m organized and clean, low-key during the weekdays, and like doing stuff on the weekends. I like hiking, skiing, biking, as well as reading and tinkering on engineering projects.

I'm looking for a place in/around Culver City/Palms. Somewhat flexible - just ask. I've already spent a week touring places so I think I have a pretty good idea of what the market's like. Looking for rent probably in the $1500-$2000 range, but my max is a little higher.
