The apartment Is located in Midtown Atlanta. The apartment is super close to Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, and the BeltLine—I honestly love living here.
I’ll be moving for an internship opportunity, so I’m looking for someone to move in February 2026 and take my spot with my current roommate. We currently share a bedroom, but it’s well organized: we each have our own bed, our own side of the room, and we split the closet and bathroom evenly. All shared spaces are also clearly divided.
My roommate is very chill, clean, and calm, and she’s usually out of the apartment working. If sharing a room feels too intense at first, there’s also a couch that converts into a bed, so you’d have the option to use the living room as your own space.
The rent is $900, and that already includes amenities.
