Hi! Looking for a space that is fully furnished, available now, and comes with a pool? Well look no more!

Our room has a queen bed, closet, and private bathroom. Parking is off-street. House is walking distance from outlet mall, grocery store, restaurants, movies and has quick access to 290 for excursions! And did I mention the pool/hot tub?

About us: M/F couple (61/48). I work from home, she is homebody too. We love watching movies, swimming in our pool, playing with our dog, and are very laid-back.

You: Female preference, any age is ok as long as we have some common ground. Respect for quiet hours, drug-free (except 420), employed, open-minded to us forgetting to get dressed occasionally, friendly towards dogs. We are in a de-clutter phase so it would also be great if you are of similar mindset. No criminal record (at least nothing crazy).

Rent: $800/month with 1 month deposit (utilities included). Room is available NOW, though we would need to meet in public to see if we gel. Ask about potential discounts!
