I love everything Broadway and musical theatre - I have an AA and BA in the subject. I don’t have any pets, but I love them, so it wouldn’t bother me to have one around. I tend to keep to myself and the only time I’m loud is if I’m singing in the shower, but never during sleeping hours or at a time that would disturb roommates. I like to cook and paint. Notes re my health: I do have a digestive disorder that sometimes requires extra time in the bathroom, so I’m hoping to find a place that has at least 1.5 baths for that circumstance. I’m also extremely sensitive/borderline allergic to smokes - nicotine and marijuana - when I’m in close proximity to it. No judgement if that’s your thing, but I’d like to live with roommate(s) who will at least smoke outside out of consideration. Or if it’s adverse weather outside, to just let me know and maybe smoke inside their room with a towel at the door to try to block it.
