Looking to rent a room/find a place with someone in the Peachtree Corners/Roswell/Johns Creek/Alpharetta area - just looking to save drive time for work so some parts of Sandy Springs or Duluth might work too.

I'm a clean person and very easy to communicate living wants and needs with! I have one Kitty named Penny who is very sweet. She would do fine with other cats (and probably small dogs and/or any dog that is okay with her presence).

I work 9-5 during the week as a Behavior Technician and planning to find part-time work. My budget is 800-900, but if you have a little higher I'm open to discussion about a place where you get the master bedroom/parking spot/etc to even things out!

I am focused on saving money before I go back to Grad School so also cutting back on nights out, but you do you! Love adventuring, especially in the outdoors. Open to being friends and also cool with just a respectful roommate relationship :)
