Roommate needed! Oakland - Lake Merritt 2br/1ba apartment

This 2 br/1 ba apartment is only a few blocks east of Lake Merritt! Required monthly income of at least 2.5x monthly rent. The apartment is on the back corner of the complex which means it only has one quiet neighbor and is away from the street. Off-street parking. On site maintenance crew means great and quick service if ever needed. Security deposit is one months rent. No pets allowed. Washer/dryer in-building, very close to our apartment. Owner pays water and garbage. Tenants split PGE and wifi bill. Rent is paid via an online portal provided by the management company which you can also submit maintenance requests through. Very safe area, I have been living here for a year and have had no issues walking anywhere. All furniture (especially in the bedroom shown) will not be staying, but the apartment will have the necessities in the living room and kitchen. I would like this space to be yours as much as it is mine, so feel free to bring any furniture/decorations that you may have. My current roommate is moving to NYC at the end of our lease so I am trying to find someone to fill his place on February 1, 2020.
