I'm that roomie who's always down for a movie night or happy hour, but also totally gets when you need your space. Super organized without being obsessive.

I have a very adorable cat, but he's exclusively a bedroom cat who won't be wandering around in public areas - no unexpected fur on your favorite sweater, promise!

I'm big on communication and respect. Whether it's splitting chores or planning occasional get-togethers, I believe everything works better when we're open with each other.

I've already found the perfect apartment located on 96th Street. It's super clean, well-maintained, and conveniently close to campus. The neighborhood has great amenities with everything you need nearby. Now I'm looking for roommates for the second bedroom and converted living room. Rent is around $2000 per month with no broker fees. I can send you videos of the place if you're interested.

I'm especially hoping to find native English speakers as roommates since I'd love to improve my English, and I'm totally up for teaching you some Chinese in return - language exchange roomies! It's a win-win!
