Josef C - $2,000/month

Hello there, my name is Josef, I am currently in the 4th year of my undergraduate program in Seattle, and am looking to relocate to New York (Manhattan primarily) this summer (2022). I will be looking for an internship in New York for the summer, and afterwards I will likely be taking my 5th and final year of university at FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) in Manhattan. This means I'll be in New York for at least a year, starting around May or June of 2022. I am making this profile and starting the roommate search pretty early, but I figured there's no point in not doing so!

A bit about me -

I am Korean but mostly grew up in Seattle. I have previously lived in both Japan and Korea as well. I am currently studying fashion design and merchandising, and so fashion is a big part of my life. Some of my hobbies include cooking, making coffee, reading, listening to music, some video games, etc. I am a very clean person, and I don't smoke, but I am definitely 420 friendly. I like to drink socially as well!

I am definitely looking for a roommate who is clean and wouldn't mind me occasionally cooking and making coffee for the both of us. I am a straight male, but I 100% do not discriminate towards any gender or sexuality! Age wise, I don't truly have a preference either, I've grown up mostly around people older than myself, and I consider myself to be much more mature than most people my age.
