I am looking for a roommate to take over my 2nd bedroom with an attached private bathroom & walk-in closet. The Living room is fully furnished and will look the same as the pictures when you move in. This room for rent is located at the Tempo Apartments in Riverpark & we also have a patio. The apartment complex has a gym, pool, and jacuzzi. It is also right across the street from the collection which is an outdoor mall that contains a movie theater, Target, Wholefoods, forever 21, urban outfitters, a comedy club, a sushi restaurant, Starbucks, along with tons of other shops & dining. This area is fantastic for people who don't like driving because everything you could possibly need is right across the street. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and the apartment complex is pet friendly!
