As you have read and seen, my apartment is already furnished and has a good amount of amenities. It is a relatively quiet apartment complex. My upstairs neighbors can be a little rowdy but it is not much. If you want to live comfortably, but also can’t afford to live in a luxurious 5 star apartment that has access to Mars, this is it.
