Roommate wanted - Room Available at The Reserve at Walnut Creek

I am an OSU alumnus, who works for OSU part-time at night. During the day, I work my full-time job at a bank. Furthermore, I like to keep to myself; I rarely drink, smoke, or host parties. Lastly, I would definitely consider myself a night person, who likes to keep things neat and clean.

My roommate is moving out at the end of March, and her room will be available at that time. She can also be provided as a roommate reference.

Apartment Info: It is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment located on the 2nd floor (stair accessible) of an apartment complex at The Reserve at Walnut Creek. Rent is $700 per person a month, and utilities (Water, electric, and internet) typically around $100 a month per person, depending on the time of year and overall usage. In all, it'll cost roughly $800 a month. (I can be flexible on price.)

The complex and neighborhood is safe, clean, and peaceful. Parking is free and off-street; and the unit is fully furnished, including washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and stove. Included in the rent, you'll have access to the complex's clubhouse, pool, fitness center, theater, and office space to use their computers and printer.
