Seeking One Housemate For A Clean Quiet Space

Hello! I have a 2 bed/2bath apartment in Pinellas Park and am starting my search to find the right person to share it with.

About the room and apartment complex:

*Rent - $900, plus water & electric split in 1/2 (never more than $140 once split) Internet is free until Aug. next year
*I am the only person living here and am only looking for one other person to share the apartment with, no couples please
*The room is spacious (11x13), unfurnished, with a private, attached bathroom and a walk in closet
*Apartment is on the 2nd floor, has a screened in balcony, and a small private laundry room in unit
*The grounds have a lake, picnic tables, a grill, a pool, and a fitness center
*The entire property is non-smoking and vaping, per lease agreement

The Kind of Housemate I'm Looking To Live With:

*Importantly is work schedule - I am seeking a 2nd shifter who strickly works evenings/nights (3-11s, 2-10s, etc).
I have found that working the opposite schedule makes living with another person much more enjoyable because both parties get to enjoy their space and have their privacy.
My last two housemates worked second shift, I work days, and this worked amazingly for us for years.

*Someone gainfully employed who has been with their current employer for at least 6 months to a year and can provide pay stubs to show it.
Please be established here with a Florida drivers license and good recent employment history if responding.
*Great credit is not required, but a $900 deposit is.
*Cleanliness is very important to me so if you are a person who tends to be a little sloppy or lax with keeping the common areas tidy, we will not be a right fit together.
*Lastly, but very importantly - I am open to living with a man or women, but lifestyle compatibility is extremely important to me in terms of how frequently each party wants to have guests over.
In my experience, extroverts should generally live with other extroverts, and introverts with other introverts, or huge incompatibility issues often arise.
I don't mind an occasional guest being brought over responsibly, but if you are a highly social person whos lifestyle involves bringing random hookups home or new dates/people you hardly know, or you like to use your home as a social space to bring people over frequently, I cannot stress enough that we will not be compatible living together.
I am seeking someone who lives a more introverted lifestyle like myself who genuinely values a more peaceful safe space without a lot of strangers and foot traffic coming through often.
