Hi, I'm Joshua. I am born and raised in Manhattan and am currently working on an undergraduate degree at NYU. I plan to study psychology and communications and eventually go to a graduate PsyD program. My friends would generally describe me as friendly, energetic, humorous, sarcastic, academically oriented, and curious. In my free time, I enjoy
portrait and landscape photography, watching movies, cooking and baking, hanging out with friends, and exploring new coffee shops in NYC.

I am generally quite a friendly and outgoing person, though it is important to have some quiet space to study. I am the kind of person who enjoys peace and quiet as much as possible. In terms of my schedule, being an undergrad adds a degree of variability to my schedule. I am usually out and in class 4-5 days during the week and then home studying otherwise.

One thing that is quite important to me is cleanliness. I have always been a very neat and clean person. Things certainly do not have to be perfect, but I do prefer keeping the space presentable and clean generally. I am more than happy to do much of the cleaning, all I ask is for help to maintain it!

My monthly budget is flexible but I am generally not looking to spend more than $3000 per person. I would like to live in the Greenwich village area, though I am open to other areas. Two things to note, I am gay (I don't think this matters but felt it should be mentioned anyway!) and I have a cat (she is very calm, quiet, friendly, and does not scratch things and is clean)
