Hi I'm Peri! I live in River Oaks Texas and I am currently looking for a roomate so I can start saving money in this economy. It's a 2 bed 2 bath with a bunch of space in the common areas. I have everything for the common areas and would love to share! I have two cats not just one. They are super sweet but if you don't do cats I have no problem removing them from the common area. It is uncovered parking which sucks I know!! but it is off the street! There is a lot of storage as well as a fenced in backyard with an empty shed. I work a full time job but I would love to get to know my future roomate. I love art and anything colorful, love music and cooking and just live a very relaxed life style. I don't go out much and don't have people over hardly ever! I dont have a problem at all with guests as long as respect is there of course! I dont smoke but also don't have a problem that either. Just want an easy going living situation! My lease ends in June if you want to be added to the lease that can easily be arranged with my leasing company if you dont that doesnt matter to me.
