Looking for someone to take over my lease, to move in as soon as possible. This is a dorm apartment located on Sterling and Aurora Ave. My room has the closet with mirrors(room on the left in diagram). Currently I do not have a roommate so the room is open. 2 people per room.
Rent is $742 with all utilities included. If you want a parking spot, it is an extra $75.
Nothing in the photo’s included the room will be empty when I move out. Apartment/dorm needs to be approved through leasing office.

Unit can be co-ed. Currently I only have two other girl roommates in the adjacent room. You'll have full access to the living quarters and the kitchen.
