Hi Everyone,

My name is Dylan, and I’m originally from Connecticut. I just graduated from Boston College and recently moved down to CLT for work. I’m working full-time in Fort Mill and currently staying in temporary housing while I look for a more permanent spot.

I’m hoping to find a roommate to split rent with, ideally somewhere in the South End. I’m looking for a 2-bedroom apartment, with a maximum total budget of around $2600- $2700 (split 2 ways).

A little about me: I’m 22, easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared space. I work a standard 9–5 schedule, mostly in-office, and like to keep it pretty chill during the week. On weekends, I’m usually down for exploring Charlotte, hitting the gym, golfing, or grabbing drinks. Big into sports, music, and movies.
