hi! I have a room open in LES for $1800/month, July move-in + year-long lease. My roommate is thinking about moving out. We're in a superrr central part of downtown, connected to the F/M, with groceries and laundry max 10 min away.

I'm a fully remote swe originally from nj + a year out of college. I'm really lax, kind, and chatty. When I'm home, I usually like keeping to myself, but would love to be close to my roommate (it's kind of a small space so we will be literally, but also good if friends too haha).
