Bedroom: 112 sf, Living room: 210 sf, Kitchen:57 sf, Bathroom: 38 sf.

Perfect location; Just a walk around the corner for 90, 92, 96, D2 Buses. About a 13 walk away from Eastern Market Station, 15 minute walk to the Capitol Building, and 20 minute walk to Union Station. Capitol Sharebike as well.

Move in date: tentatively December-January.
