Hey Now. I'm Steve, I am a male in my mid 60s who is looking for a roommate situation, long term to move into by late September or late October. I am primarily looking for an unfurnished private bedroom with a private bathroom if at all possible. I am flexible however and I can do a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. Female or male roommate, it doesn't matter. I am quiet, respectful, and gainfully employed in El Segundo for more than 10 years. I can share utilities. I'm handy around the house. No problem with chores when needed. I am not messy, I cook and always clean up after myself. I hate messy kitchens and bathrooms. During the work week I am gone on average 10 to 12 hours. I am a good conversationalist. I am 420 friendly but never flaunt it and if my prospective roommate doesn't partake, I respect that too. Since I grew up with animals, including my siblings I get along with dogs and cats. I can provide references. I prefer to come back to the westside. Music and live concerts are my passion. I am a Star Trek nerd (oops maybe I should have left that out). I do exercise 5 days a week,. Though don't confuse that with me looking like I stepped right out of a fitness magazine, I am in shape, since round is a shape. All in all I'm a pretty chill and nice guy, good conversationalist. I don't have a criminal background. **Please Note** I have had three instances of fraud since I've been searching for a place to live. Luckily my bank caught it before any financial damage could be done. Therefore, I will not fill out any applications online. I would prefer a face to face meeting and actually fill out an actual application made of paper.
