I have cameras in the common areas for our protection. I always leave the kitchen clean when I'm done with it. I wont touch your stuff. I don't mind if you use my stuff, just leave it the way you found it.
When I cook, I usually make plenty to share. I don't mind sharing, but that doesnt mean I expect the same in return. You can trust I won't touch your stuff.
My rooms are currently being vacated, will update as soon as possible. One has its own restroom and shower. The other 2 rooms have a shared bathroom and shower.

The thing that sucks about this place is that the laundry room is in my rest room. My room is next to the kitchen, you are welcome to use the laundry as its immediately to the right after opening my door. Other than that, you should feel right at home. I'm an adult, you can have confidence that you'll be treated like an adult and not a child.
I dont care if you drink or smoke. Just dont have the house smelling, or attract attention. Don't get wasted and break stuff or get into fights (with a guest of yours). Dont bring people you don't trust with your own valuables.
