I’m 29 years old and work for a non-profit in DC. I’m a bit of an introvert, but lots of fun once you get to know me! I like books, comics, hiking, and local museums and art galleries. I currently have one amazing roommate who lives in the basement (female, 27), and I’m looking for a second roommate to rent the master bedroom in my 3 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse. I’m always down to hang out and cook, watch movies, or have game night! But I’m respectful of privacy and the need for a quiet living space. Large, sunny master bedroom with double closets, large windows, and a private en-suite bathroom for rent in a 3 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse. The house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom in the basement. The kitchen has been updated with new granite countertops and the bathrooms have all been renovated. There is a large, new deck off the living room and the property backs to a quiet, wooded area. There’s a bus stop on the corner and 3 reserved parking spaces, plus plenty of visitor parking. Utilities are included in the rent. One roommate (female) lives in the basement, and I (female) live in the second master bedroom upstairs. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet, and located very close to lots of great restaurants and hiking trails. 15 min drive to Arlington and 20 mins to DC.
