Jake A - $1,000/month

Hey I'm Jake! I'm a graduate student who typically works Mon-Sat. I am very neat and cleanly and prefer a roommate who is as well. I am currently living near Love Field, but looking to get a roommate when my lease ends in April to try and save some money for rent. I am into cars, I have a car that I work on and occasionally race, so I would prefer an apartment complex/townhome with private garages. Besides that I enjoy working out daily, playing video games, and socially going out and drinking on the weekends. I am looking for a mellow roommate with similar lifestyle/ interests. I am open to living within Dallas in areas like Oak lawn, West village, Uptown, Deep Ellum, Highland park, Victory park areas etc.
