2 Rooms available! Currently 2 men, 1 woman living here- hence why females are preferred. Short walk from grocery stores, gym, and centennial beach! We’re trying to find a replacement for our other female roommate moving out. Lease has 8 months left at time of move in- after that it is month by month.
We have a downstairs room, currently in use and will be unfurnished at time of move in. If you choose this room you will be sharing a bathroom with me. We also have a upstairs bedroom available- and if you choose this room you will be sharing with our other roommate- Jacob.
We do have a cat and we are pet friendly! Just please no large dogs…
House is large, so lots of communal space! We also have a backyard, driveway, and shed!
There is a 500$ deposit for moving in, pet deposit portion is negotiable depending on type of pet!
