Fully Furnished bedroom in Grant Park townhouse for rent. Queen bed with en suite bathroom. Townhouse has laundry, street parking (which is not usually a problem).
Shared spaces- Living room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Laundry, and Garage Gym (for use at own risk).
Wifi and Utilities included in the rent. NO Cable. I just have streaming apps loaded on TV.
I have 2 very friendly cats. Please no applicants with more pets.
House has security system.
Prefer a very clean Christian over 35 yrs old. (I go to Buckhead Church) I also work from home alot (film industry) so I am around most of the time.
No Drugs (including weed). I don't drink alot, but do have it in the house.
