I’m a reliable, stable, and honest person who values a calm, respectful living environment. I’m friendly, empathetic, and easy to get along with, and I make an effort to be considerate of shared spaces.
I keep things clean and organized without being obsessive, and I’m consistent about doing my part around the home. I work a regular 9–5 schedule and am often out on weekends visiting friends and family, so I’m not home constantly.
I’m fairly quiet overall, though I do watch TV at a moderate volume. I communicate directly and appreciate the same—it keeps things clear and low-stress. I pay on time, have stable income, and am dependable.
I don’t smoke and only drink socially on occasion. I may have my young grandchildren stay with me from time to time.
