One bedroom is available for a female in a 4bed 2bath house. The room has a private back entrance and is connected to the private backyard. The room is fully furnished with a large closet, dresser, table and also brings in a great natural light as well as a good view of the sunrise.

The house has a beautiful large kitchen and living room with great natural light. House is shared with three other housemates who are clean, quiet, respectful, and friendly. It's a 7min walk to the USD campus and there is a hiking trail nearby. The location is ideal for both of those with a car and without a car. Free street parking just outside the house.

The location of the house is a short drive or ~20min walk to mission valley and fashion valley. 5min drive to Morena Trista Valley Center that has Starbucks, Jamba Juice, share tea, J&T Thai Street food, and other eateries.

The move-in date is Feb 1st but can move in earlier if needed. The lease would be from February 1st to August 31st. The rent is $ 1200. Utilities are $50 a month.
