Spacious Room in Townhome

We're a group of three young professionals looking for an easy going roommate with gainful employment to sign a twelve month lease in the Penrose neighborhood of Arlington. The house is within walking distance of many shops/bars/restaurants on Columbia Pike, less than a mile from the nearest metro, and a 10 minute drive into DC.

The spacious empty bedroom with a fireplace is on the first floor of our townhome and can comfortably fit a king size bed, dresser, tv, etc. It's also conveniently located right outside the laundry area and only shares a bathroom with a single tenant who is not home 80% of the time. The middle floor is shared space with a fully furnished living area, dining room, and kitchen.

Rent for the room will be $950 and all utilities are an additional ~$150 depending on usage. Utilities include electric, cable, internet, water, and required maid service twice a month. There is ample free street parking and one assigned off street space for the unit.
